01:30 | Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha yesterday chaired a meeting of the National Land Policy (NLP) Committee and related agencies.
03:03 | Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha yesterday met with Deirdre Boyd, the newly appointed United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative in Thailand.
Following the meeting the two sides announced of an Asia-Pacific office of the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC) and a regional innovation centre in Thailand.

11:21 | The Ministry of Labor (MoL) is urgently drafting laws in preparation for a convention of the International Labour Organization (ILO) on the eradication of human trafficking in the labor sector.
Meanwhile, Minister of Labor, Police General Adul Saengsingkaew, said yesterday that some 800,000 foreign workers from Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos have not yet been registered. The deadline for registration is June 30.

15: 19 | The Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations (FETCO) has forecast the stock market to rise over the next three months as a result of investor confidence due to higher economic growth, increased capital inflows, and the increase of Thai stock index in December 2017.
17:00 | Chulalongkorn University is preparing to launch the Siam Innovation District project at Siam Square One Shopping Center in March to encourage new businesses and to act as an information exchange, with the project to serve as a platform for students, businesses, and the public to develop ideas and innovations for commercial use. Some Bt100 million (about US$3..134 million) will be awarded to startups with commercially-viable solutions, with 38 teams already registered to participate.
18:00 | Newsline takes a look at the Thailand high-speed train project which recently began construction. The new high-speed train will connect Bangkok with Nakhon Ratchasim (Korat), and Korat with Nong Khai at a speed of up to 250km/h (abut 155 mph).
21: 47 | Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has denied he is behind the decision to revoke the license of news website, Rappler, which is known for challenging his government. He said Rappler had “been abusing the privilege of press freedom”.
