The plan was outlined during Lao Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Saleumxay Kommasith’s meeting with his Cambodian counterpart Mr Prak Sokhonn in Cambodia on September 5, according to a statement from the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
