Meanwhile, government spokesperson, Lieutenant General Sansern Kaewkumnerd, said that the government is pleased with the recent full-dress rehearsals of the royal funeral processions.

05:22 | Deputy commissioner-general of the Royal Thai Police, Police General Weerachai Songmetta, and acting inspector general, Police General Suchart Teerasawat, have told a media conference that the latest reports show no potential security threats to the royal funeral ceremony. None the less the RTP and related agencies were prepared for any contingency. A Peace and Order Command Center has also been established.
